Industrial Floor Coatings Benefit

Strength and Durability

Our Polyurea has an adhesion of over 700 PSI giving the hold that is needed of a long productive life. Alternatively, our Epoxy systems utilize the industry's highest quality, high solids epoxy base, and is topped with an extremely durable Urethane top coat.

Chemical Resistance

Whether you need are in a manufacturing environment or or a food processing warehouse that requires constant cleaning and sanitization. Our products use industry leading top coats that are highly chemical resistant.

Speed of Install

Speed of install is key in an industrial application. If a polyurea coating system is being used, the install can often be completed in as little as 1 or 2 days. If Epoxy or Urethane System is being utilized, install could span 3 or 4 Days and may require a few more days of cure time.

How It Works

We know that your business depends on your floor being strong and durable, but waiting days or weeks for a floor to be completed and cured is not something that you can wait on. Many of our Polyurea systems can be installed during your down time, or over the weekend. Here is the Process: You will remove any items that are on the floor and we will start as early or late as you can accommodate. Depending on the size of the project we will grind and profile your floor on day one of the install, and coat the floor the next day. After just 12 hours, you can begin to move your furniture and equipment back onto the floor. The floor will be forklift ready after just 2 days of cure time.
